When do you deliver?
  • Our delivery hours are 11am to 6pm Monday-Saturday.
  • Order your groceries by 6pm and we'll deliver it within two working days. Additionally, you can even choose
  • a preferred delivery date in case you require it after the two day timeline.

Is delivery really free?
  • It is! For all orders over 1500, your delivery is free. For orders that are less than 1500,
  • delivery costs Rs. 70 from South Mumbai to Bandra, delivery charge ahead of Bandra is Rs.
  • 100.
How do I edit my order?
  • Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, you cannot edit the order. However,
  • within 12 hours of ordering you could cancel and/reorder. After 12 hours, you will not be
  • able to cancel your order. Go to “Your Orders” to cancel or reorder within 12 hours of ordering.
How does billing work?
  • Your credit card will be authorised at checkout, then charged in full for your order through
  • our secure payment gateway. You’ll also automatically receive an email when the
  • payment is processed.
What happens if I don’t like something in my order?
  • We want you to be ecstatic with what you order! If you’re not, let us know and we’ll make
  • it right. Email us at orders@zamaorganics.com
What is Zama?
  • Zama is an online market that delivers organic produce and products to customers' homes
  • throughout Mumbai.
How do you deliver such fresh food?
  • We work directly with farmers, artisans, and food makers, which allows us to get their
  • food to us (and then to you) in half the time of a traditional grocery store. That means
  • better, more delicious food for you.
What kind of food do you sell?
  • Our marketplace consists of the best of all worlds: local and organic produce from nearby
  • farms, exceptional products from local food producers, and all of your basic grocery
  • staples.
What makes shopping on Zama so easy?
  • It is the easiest way to access great quality organic and fresh produce, delivered to your
  • doorstep. Order your groceries before 10.30am and we'll deliver on the same day. If you
  • order after 10.30am, we’ll deliver on the next working day. Additionally, you can even
  • choose a preferred delivery date.
How do I create an account?
  • Click "sign in" in the upper right hand corner.
  • Click "sign up".
  • Create a username and password for yourself. That’s it!.
I love your recipes! How can I get more of them?
  • We email new recipes every week in our newsletter. You may also follow our blog! If you
  • have ideas, requests or questions about our recipes, please email us—we’d love to hear
  • what you think!
Why Zama?
  • Zama makes it convenient for you to order organic produce and products to fulfil your
  • everyday requirements directly via our website.
What kind of products do you sell?
  • You can choose from a variety of organic produce and products - regular & exotic fruits &
  • vegetables, bakery, pantry, dairy, and much more.
What cities and locations do you operate in?
  • Zama currently only operates in Mumbai.
What is the minimum order value?
  • There is no minimum order value. However, Rs.1500 is the minimum order value to
  • qualify for free delivery. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge of Rs.70 will
  • be levied against that order if delivery is between South Mumbai and Bandra. For orders
  • beyond Bandra, delivery charges are Rs. 100.
Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?
  • No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do have a
  • delivery fee in case the order value per store does not reach the minimum order value for
  • free delivery.
Can I track the status of my order?
  • Yes, you can track the status of your order under the Your Orders section.
How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?
  • You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your
  • order, you can cancel and/or reorder within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately,
  • if you pass the time, we won't be able to cancel or edit your oder. We strive to ensure that
  • our farmers and artisans provide you with the freshest produce possible, and thus as a
  • courtesy we give them enough time to prepare and deliver the best produce.
How can I be sure the fruits and vegetables I order are of good quality?
  • Every year there’s more demand for “organic food”. If you want to know what goes into
  • the products you buy, our standards make it easy, because if it doesn’t meet the
  • standards, we don’t sell it.
Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to shop on Zama?
  • Yes, you can track the status of your order under the Your Orders section.
Can I schedule an order to my convenience?
  • Once your order is confirmed, if placed before 6pm, the delivery will be made within two
  • working days. However, if you want it at a later date, at the checkout page, you can select
  • a delivery date of your choice - post our two day delivery time-line. In the notes section
  • you could mention your preferred time slot?
What makes shopping on Zama easier than a supermarket?
  • Lots of things! First, the food that you buy on Zama is much fresher and higher quality
  • than the food you’d find at your traditional grocery store since it’s not sitting around
  • waiting to be purchased. With Zama, you can search for exactly what you want and find it
  • right away—plus you can browse the aisles and discover new products. And our recipes
  • give weekly inspiration so you’re never stuck trying to figure out what to make for dinner.
How do I check out?
  • To check out, click on the shopping cart then scroll down to the Proceed To Checkout
  • button. Review your order and set your delivery date, address, and payment method,
  • then click the Place Order button. And you’re done!
Why does product availability change from day to day?
  • We have lots of staples that are available almost every day of the week! But just like the
  • produce in your farmers market, the availability of food in our marketplace can change
  • depending on what’s ripe and in season, and according to the production, harvest or
  • delivery schedules of our local farmers and food-makers.

  • You can reorder any previously placed order - by clicking on your orders In your account

There’s a product that I’d love for you to carry—how do I request it?
  • We love product requests! Please email orders@zamaorganics.com with your request—if
  • it meets our criteria, we’ll add it.
I know someone who should sell on Zama. How do I connect you?
  • Wonderful! Have them reach out to us. We’d love to hear from them.
Do you charge for delivery?
  • A delivery charge of Rs. 70 is applied for orders from South Bombay to Bandra and Rs. 100
  • for orders beyond Bandra, if the minimum order value of 1500/- is not met. Orders above
  • 1500/- qualify for free delivery.
What are your delivery times?
  • Our deliveries begin from 11 AM and the last delivery is completed by 6 PM on all working
  • days Mondays-Saturdays.
What if I don’t receive my order by the scheduled time?
  • On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case
  • of imminent delay, our customer support will keep you updated about the delivery time
  • of your order.
What days do you deliver?
  • We deliver Mon- Sat 11am-6pm, We’re closed on New Years Day, Republic day, Holi, Gudi
  • padwa, Maharashtra day, Independence day, Janmashtmi, Ganesh Chaturti, Gandhi
  • Jayanti, Dussera, Diwali, Bhaidooj, Christmas day.
When do you deliver?
  • Order your groceries before 10.30am and we'll deliver on the same day. If you order after
  • 10.30am, we’ll deliver on the next working day. Additionally, you can even choose a
  • preferred delivery date.
Can I have my order picked up instead of having it delivered?
  • Yes you may have your order picked up from our storage and warehouse in Wadala (Unit
  • 1-2 J1 A wing, Shram Siddhivinayak Corporation Premises, Wadala Truck Terminal, Wadala
  • 400 037.
If you do not deliver in my area, can I still place an order and have it picked up?
  • Yes
How can I make payments on Zama?
  • You can make online payments using credit or debit cards, through our secure payment
  • gateway. You could also opt for net-banking to pay via PayTM. Cash on delivery (COD) is
  • also available for orders less than Rs. 5000.
How do I redeem a promo code?
  • Enter your code during checkout in the payment section, where it says “Have a promo
  • code or gift card?”
How long will you take to initiate my refund in case of cancellation?
  • 3-4 working days, HDFC will return your payment.
How can I review my order after it has been placed?
  • An email will be sent out with the invoice. You can see the Your Orders in your account.
How can I cancel my order?
  • Zama provides a hassle free cancellation, 12 hours within ordering. You can cancel your
  • order via before the 12 hour cut off.
What If I want to return something?
  • If you’re dissatisfied with the products delivered, please register a complaint at
  • sales@zamaorganics.com. Our customer support team will get in touch with you to
  • resolve this issue.
Can I reschedule my order?
  • No - but can contact support in case of emergency.
