Our farmers avoid synthetic nitrogen fertilizers, which require large amounts of fossil fuels to produce, and steer clear of chemical pesticides and fertilizers, preventing pollution.   • Delivery takes about 6-10 working days, depending on your location. A tracking link will be shared with you.

Delivery

We deliver to all pincodes in India. Our groceries can be couriered nationwide; however our fresh produce is currently only available for Mumbai & Pune customers.

We offer free delivery on orders above ₹1500. For orders under ₹1500, a delivery fee applies.

While we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible, we cannot commit to specific delivery times due to varying conditions such as traffic and location. Here are some helpful details:

For Mumbai Deliveries:

  • Deliveries happen everyday except on few national/public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 1 pm are eligible for same-day delivery. You can choose this option at checkout.
  • Orders placed after 1 pm will be delivered by the next working day.
  • We aim to deliver orders before 8:30 pm.

For Pune Deliveries:

  • Deliveries happen on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays except on few national/public holidays. We aim to deliver orders before 8:30 pm.
  • Please place your orders the day prior.

For Pan-India Deliveries

  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within one working day.
  • We will share a tracking link once your order has been dispatched so you can track its progress.

Mumbai orders can still be delivered after the cut off time if notified before 4:00 pm. We will use third party delivery providers such as Dunzo, Borzo, or Porter, which will be charged at actual rates.

We deliver Mon-Sun 11 am-9 pm, We’re closed on New Years Day, Republic Day, Holi, Gudi Padwa, Maharashtra Day, Independence Day, Janmashtmi, Ganesh Chaturti, Gandhi Jayanti, Dussera, Diwali, Bhaidooj, and Christmas Day.

If you’re not home, our delivery personnel will follow the delivery instructions you provide. We recommend leaving specific instructions for a safe drop-off location.

Please note: For fresh produce, all complaints must be made at the time of delivery. We are happy to help you immediately and refund the amount or replace the item(s) in your next order. Packaging & Plastic

Reducing our environmental impact is a core value at Zama. We use plastic only when essential. For fresh produce, we use bags made from vegetable compost or punnet boxes to protect the produce, which would otherwise lead to food waste. For certain groceries, we use PET jars or bottles to prevent breakages. We are actively working to reduce our plastic use without compromising product quality or durability. Please feel free to return any plastic packaging you can’t recycle, and we’ll recycle it responsibly.

We use packaging to ensure hygiene and the safe delivery of our products. Without packaging, glass bottles would break, leafy greens would dehydrate, fragile items like tomatoes and mushrooms would be easily damaged, and we wouldn't be able to weigh out portions accurately. Packaging helps in preserving the quality, durability, and freshness of all groceries, ensuring they reach you in the best possible condition.

We are all about building a community. If possible, please return packaging items to us so we can reuse or recycle them and be more conscious towards building a sustainable environment. We’re in this together!

We aim to give you great tasting, ethically produced food, while trying to have a minimal impact on the environment. We avoid mechanically washing our products as it can damage them, reduce shelf life, nutritional content and flavour. Washing is best done as close to eating as possible, so we leave this job to you. Our philosophy on packaging is also simple - use as little as possible without compromising quality.
