RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Zama, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you're not, please let us know, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Please note that our items are grown and made without chemical pesticides, fertilizers, preservatives, or additives, making them more sensitive. We have created storage suggestions to help you store them as best as possible. 

Return and Refund Policy:

  • Fresh Produce: For fresh produce, all complaints must be made at the time of delivery. We are happy to help you immediately and refund the amount or replace the item(s) in your next order.
  • Groceries: For other groceries, if there is any issue, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We can refund the amount or replace the item(s).
  • Out of Stock Items: If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund for that item, which will be credited to your original mode of payment in 2-3 working days.

Cancellation Policy: Orders once placed cannot be canceled or rescheduled. In case of an emergency, you can WhatsApp or call us at +91 8104965913 or +91 7045856105, and we will try to assist you as best as we can.
