Green Meat Radish is longer and wider than White Meat Radish and has a beautiful two-tone color. Our Green Meat Radish has a sweet crisp flavor and is not as hot and peppery as regular radish. While they are best eaten raw with a bit of salt and lemon, you can also add them to salads, mix them into stir-fries, or pickle them!
Roast or grill for a milder flavor, pickle for a tangy twist, and create a refreshing slaw. Add a crunch to stir-fries, make crispy chips, or craft pesto from the greens.
