We source our Alphonso mangoes straight from the Konkan belt of Ratnagiri and Devgad, regions known for producing the finest Alphonso mangoes in the world. These mangoes don’t follow a schedule, they follow nature. The farmers we work with have been growing them for generations, relying on experience, not dates, to decide when they’re ready. Picked at just the right time and ripened naturally in straw and hay, our mangoes develop their signature sweetness, aroma, and buttery texture without any shortcuts or chemicals.

The Konkan’s laterite-rich soil, salty sea breeze, and sharp day-to-night temperature shifts give Alphonso mangoes their unbeatable depth of flavour. Unlike mangoes that are rushed to market, ours take their time, ripening slowly, concentrating flavour, and delivering the taste of summer in every bite. No cold storage, no middlemen, just farm-fresh mangoes, delivered straight to you. The season is short, and the best ones go fast, order now before they’re gone.

Note: Each mango weighs approximately 180–225g.

For unripe mangoes: Room temperature storage helps unripe mangoes retain their flavour without spoiling too fast. Boxes and bags with sufficient air-flow can protect the mangoes from pests without blocking out oxygen.

For ripe mangoes: Store ripe mangoes in the refrigerator for about a week, or they can be dried, frozen, cooked in syrup, or pureed.

Q: How should I store Alphonso mangoes at home?
A: Keep them at room temperature in a dry place. Once ripe, they can be stored in the fridge for up to 2–3 days, or eaten right away for full flavour.

A: Yes, we include a note in every box with an estimate of when the mangoes are expected to ripen, so you’re not left guessing.

SO TASTY!

I loved these mangoes, my kids just ate it all up. Took some time to ripen, but hands down the best mangoes... keep it up!
