This is fresh-pressed, light, clean and deeply nourishing - made the old way from fresh coconut milk, not dried copra.

We source our coconuts from small farms in Kerala, where they’re harvested at peak maturity. The white flesh is grated, then pressed into milk and left to naturally separate. The oil that rises to the top is gently skimmed - no heat, no refining, no chemicals.

This cold process keeps the natural aroma, nutrients, and light texture of real coconut oil intact. It has a clean, mildly sweet flavour that works well in cooking, baking, sautéing, or even as a finishing oil. It's also often used for skin and hair - soft, non-greasy, and deeply moisturising.

Naturally rich in lauric acid, this oil is known for being easy to digest and quick to absorb - a wholesome addition to your pantry and daily routine.
